Tseminyu sub-treasury officer notifies pensioners

DIMAPUR — The sub-treasury officer of Tseminyu has informed all the pensioners drawing monthly salary from its office that the annual physical verification for the year 2024 would be conducted from November 4 to the 8th.

The pensioners are asked to produce PPO book, prescribed verification certificate and ID card issued by the pensioners’ association during the physical verification. It informed that verification certificate could be obtained from the pension section from October 15.

All the pensioners are advised to be physically present at the sub-treasury office on the allotted dates as per their PPO book serial number.

Pensioners incapacitated by bodily illness or infirmity and in all cases where such inability might be would be required to submit their home address with contact numbers so that officials could be deputed to obtain proof of existence of the pensioner.

It further informed that no extension would be made beyond the allotted dates adding pension disbursement from the month of October 2024 would be withheld for all physically unverified pensioners.
