tEA Senapati branch provides transformative ZIL

DIMAPUR — In a steadfast commitment to fostering economic empowerment and social uplift, the Entrepreneurs Associates (tEA), Senapati Branch, orchestrated a significant initiative at its branch office.

The programme, a pivotal segment of an ongoing series, spotlighted the disbursal of zero interest loans. The endeavor aims to support the local entrepreneurs to become proactive contributors to society's progress, an update stated.

Project associate and head of tEA Senapati branch, Ledziisa Soto, presented a comprehensive overview of tEA's inception and its profound impact on lives through diverse impactful initiatives and projects.

A beneficiary of tEA's COHORT loans programme, Martha, shared her transformative journey, underscoring the instrumental role played by the zero interest loan (ZIL) in nurturing her family business endeavors.

The event culminated in a ceremonious presentation of zero interest loan cheques, totaling around INR 4 lakh to five members to invest in their business.

“A significant milestone was marked during the event with the introduction of product launched from four distinct domains. These enterprises, nurtured and guided by Entrepreneurs Associates, under the HSBC-FWWB 360o Project, providing skills training, business management, product design and labels,” it stated.

‘Diana’s Delight’ specialises in fruit candies, Niisiiru excels in curating exquisite fresh flower bouquets under the business name ‘Radiant Florals,’ ‘Sarah’s Dry Meat’ presents a delectable range of preserved meats, and Veizii’s ‘Veizii Bouquet’ emerged as a leading tailoring venture, catering to customised attire including wedding gowns and dresses, the update informed.

President of the Senapati District Women Association (SDWA), Hannah, in her address, advocated the need for harnessing local potentials.
