Chicken Curry
Ingredients
Salt
Garlic
Onion
Jeera
Golmirj
BMC chicken masala
Taste pata
Turmeric
Chicken
Dried chilly
Tomato
Refined oil
Chili powder
Procedures
Heat oil in a frying pan
Then fry the onion and dried chilly and taste pata (2 or 3 piece for scent)
Then add Jeera and fry it for 5 minutes
Then add Chicken masala followed by turmeric
Add ginger and garlic paste on the pan
Once the onion turns golden brown put the sliced chicken
Then add Chili powder
Salt to taste
After putting all the ingredients allow them to fry for few mints.
Then add sliced tomatoes and fry it for 3-5 minutes.
Then pour water according to convenience and cook it for 10-20 more minutes with closed lid
Chicken curry is ready to serve with plain rice.
