Dimapur, Feb. 5 (EMN): Peace Channel, an emerging youth peace movement, introduced peace forum to the members of Friday Missionary Ministry (FMM), Burma Camp, Dimapur, on February 4 at the latter fellowship hall.
An update from Peace Channel stated that its district coordinator, Caroline Le, delivered the keynote address on Peace Channel movement and the need for peace within individual. She also encouraged the members to start learning the art of having peace and to share peace with their friends.
Underlining the importance of peace, Caroline stated that without peace there could be no progress and development in the society.
“To have peace, we must remain active and train ourselves. There are certain values to be followed in order to have peace in our society; the values which we should be maintaining are truth, justice, discipline and tolerance,” she added.
She further wished all the participants to live a peaceful life and to spread peace to others.
