The report resulted from a performance audit carried out by the C&AG in 2018-19. He acknowledged that the issues need to be addressed and assured that the committee's recommendations would be taken up with the department concerned.
Yanthan also went on to state that the recommendations will be diligently followed and commended the hospital's management and health service providers for their dedication and efforts, despite the challenges they face and given the fact that Dimapur is a metropolitan city with a substantial patient load.
The advisor further encouraged all medical staff to continue delivering their best, keeping in mind that health service is of utmost importance in one's life.
