DIMAPUR — The Naga National Council (NNC) has endorsed the impeachment of Brig. (Recd.) S Singnya as the Kedahge of the Federal Government of Nagaland at the emergency session of the Tatar Hoho of the NNC/FGN held on October 21.
In an ‘Endorsement’ letter dated October 23, NNC President Senka Ao and Vice President Bendang Sangtam also endorsed the elections of Zhopra Vero as the Kedahge, NNC/FGN and Hekhuvi Achumi as Kedallo.
The two NNC leaders attested that the elections were duly conducted as per the provisions laid down in the “Yezhabo of Nagaland,” during the Tatar Hoho held on October 22.
“May the Almighty God grant wisdom, strength and divine guidance to their leadership and enable them to lead the NNC/FGN and the Naga people so that under their leadership the noble cause can move forward unhindered and may the Naga nation reach greater heights,” the endorsement letter read.
