Nagaland: Musical gala at The Heritage on World Music Day

Kohima, June 21 (EMN): The 7th World Music Day concert, one of the most-awaited events for music lovers, was held on Tuesday evening, enthralling people from all walks of life.
The Musician Guilds organised the concert at The Heritage, Old DC Bungalow, Kohima alongside footstalls and other outlets to the delight of the visitors.
The event was initiated by Symphony Academy of Music, in collaboration with Outloud Inc., Indihut, Shiu Lights, Highland Dawn Media and San Production and is powered by Task Force for Music and Arts (TaFMA).
Artistes of various genres like Abdon Mech; Temsu Clover; Imliakum Aier and the electric cool kid; Powerfaith; KL Pamei; Moko Koza; Dieze Sothu; Prodgs; Senti Kichu; Zayie; After 20’s; Hime; Wishess (Manipur); Lapla Oungh; Fifth note; Imnaienla, Worngam and Elysian enthralled the music lovers.
World Music Day concert organised by Musician Guilds is an annual event since 2011.
The concert was hosted by popular Naga artiste Mengu Suokhrie.
