DIMAPUR — Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has conveyed Tsonglak-Nyi greetings to the Tikhir community.
“Greetings to our brothers and sisters from the Tikhir community on the occasion of Tsonglak-Nyi, which is a festival of sanctification. Our traditional festivals play a vital role in preserving traditional culture & furthering cultural continuity. I wish you all happy Tsonglak-Nyi,” he wrote on X.
