Naga Students’ Federation gets new executives for 2023-25
Medovi Rhi has been elected as the new president of the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF)
KOHIMA — Medovi Rhi has been elected as the new president of the Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) and Chumben Khuvung as the general secretary for the term 2023-2025.
The student body elected new executives to lead for the next two years during the 30th NSF General Conference held at Ukhrul, Manipur, on the theme “Solidarity Beyond Borders” from August 24 to the 26th.
Speaking to Eastern Mirror over the telephone after being elected as the new president of NSF, Medovi highlighted the federation’s dedication to its mission and principles. He also emphasised the significance of unity, trust, and patriotism among the Nagas.
Other executive members of the NSF include: Speaker- Katho P Aomi; Vice President- Mteisuding; Assistant General Secretary- Kenilo Kent; Social and Cultural Affairs Secretary- Kaisü Chakre; Finance Secretary- Heiko Kent; Publicity and Information Secretary- Pithungo Shittio; Education Secretary- Temjentoshi; and Auditor General (Assembly Affairs) Kawoka Awomi.
