MSK Kohima marks National Girl Child Day with billboards, IEC materials

Dimapur, Jan. 24 (EMN): The district-level centre for women, Mahila Shakti Kendra, Kohima in collaboration with State Resource Centre for Women celebrated National Girl Child Day under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao by launching a series of IEC materials and billboards at Nagaland State Social Welfare Board on Monday.

An update informed that Sarah R Ritse, Commissioner and Secretary to the govt. of Nagaland initiated the launch. The IEC materials and billboards were developed by State Resource Centre for Women, which cover various commissions, services and schemes under the department such as Nagaland State Commission for Women, State Commission for Persons with Disabilities, Child Protection Services, Schemes under the NSSWB- 181- Women Helpline, BBBP, OSC etc.
