DIMAPUR —Picto Shohe, MLA and leader of the NCP Legislatures Party, expressed his heartfelt congratulations to S Toiho Yeptho on being elected unopposed as Deputy Speaker of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
In a congratulatory message, he thanked Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio and all legislative assembly members for their faith and trust in the NCP and for electing Yeptho.
He stated that, despite being a first-time member of the legislative assembly, Yeptho has extensive political experience and knowledge and that he (Yeptho) will be able to make a difference in the lives of the people of the state.
“We hope that with this new task placed before him, the newly appointed Deputy Speaker will execute his duties with impartiality and deliver justice to all. I wish him the very best in his new assignment,” the note read.
