Kiusumew, Kipili condole demise of former Dy. Speaker’s mother

DIMAPUR — Advisor for Fire and Emergency Services, Home Guard and Civil Defence and Relief and Rehabilitation, S Kiusumew, has condoled the demise of Setongkyushu, the mother of former deputy speaker of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, Yangseo Sangtam.

In a condolence note, Kiusumew expressed that words may not suffice to convey the depth of his sorrow for the passing of Setongkyushu. He noted that the motherly affection she showed will always be cherished and prayed that the departed soul may rest in peace.

MLA and chairman of DPDB Kiphire, C Kipili Sangtam, also condoled the demise of Setongkyushu.

He said in a message that he is deeply shocked and saddened by the tragic news and extended his condolences to Yangseo, adding that the “gentle spirit will always be remembered”.

He prayed to Almighty God to grant strength to the bereaved family and that the departed soul may rest in peace.
