DIMAPUR — Justdial, India's top local search engine, has partnered with the Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Government of Nagaland, for strategic collaboration for which a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was recently signed.
An update from Justdial stated that MoU represented an important step towards the digitisation of businesses registered with the department, reaffirming Justdial's commitment to encouraging digital growth in Nagaland.
According to the MoU, Justdial would play a critical role in digitising operations and improving the web presence of enterprises registered with the Directorate of Industries and Commerce. In turn, the department would actively cooperate with those enterprises, encouraging the sharing of critical information to increase their digital presence.
It informed that Justdial and the Directorate of Industries and Commerce have formed a three-year partnership to support the growth and development of businesses in Nagaland, aiming to contribute to the state's overall economic development.
Tokugha Achumi, additional director of Industries and Commerce, said, “By facilitating greater access to resources, enhanced visibility and fostering a supportive ecosystem, Justdial and the Directorate of Industries and Commerce aim to create an impact on the economic landscape and propelling local industries to new heights of success.”
