DIMAPUR — Nagaland is bracing for more heavy rainfall on August 5, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issuing an orange alert for the state.
As per the weather department’s daily forecast bulletin, thunderstorms with lightning and heavy to very heavy rainfall are very likely at isolated places across the state over the next few days.
Similar weather patterns are expected to continue till August 9, it said.
