DIMAPUR — The Children’s Parliament Initiative-II, under the aegis of the Development Association of Nagaland (DAN), organised a cleanliness drive on Saturday at New Jalukie in Peren district.
It was held with the aim of protecting the environment and promoting hygiene by the Children’s Parliament of United Christian School on the theme “A step to build and protect our environment,” according to a press release.
The drive covered the area from New Jalukie Bazaar to the school and involved a total of 45 children and mentors.
