Charlie Puth marries childhood friend Brooke Sansone in California
LOS ANGELES — Singer-songwriter Charlie Puth, who is known for ‘See You Again’, ‘We Don’t Talk Anymore’, and others, is now a married man.
The singer has exchanged wedding vows with Brooke Sansone at his family home in Montecito, California, reports ‘Female First UK’.
The 32-year-old musician recently took to his social media to announce that he married the 25-year-old public relations coordinator earlier this month. Alongside a series of behind-the-scenes photos from their wedding day, Charlie wrote on Instagram, “I love you Brooke…I always have, with you I am my very best. I promise I’ll love you everyday in this life, and even more when we move on to our next. Brooke Ashley Sansone, And now you’ll be Brooke Ashley Puth”.
He further mentioned, “Thank you for making me the happiest man alive. It has always been you (sic)”.
As per ‘Female First UK’, Brooke felt that Charlie’s family home provided the “perfect backdrop” for their special day.
She told ‘Vogue’, “I wanted our wedding to marry tradition with modern unconventionality. I wanted each detail to feel relaxed yet perfectly, thoughtfully curated. Serving mini hotdogs on silver platters, for example, was more than just a fun detail. It was a reflection of my love for styles that blend the refined with the playful”.
She also admitted that the entire weekend of their wedding “felt like a dream”, as she said, “We can’t believe it’s all over, but we had the best night ever. We were overjoyed having everyone we know and love in one room”.
The loved-up couple have known each other since they were kids, and Charlie is convinced that she’ll help him to navigate the hard times in life.
The ‘Light Switch’ hitmaker got engaged to Brooke in 2023. He had said on ‘The Howard Stern Show’, “She’s always been very, very nice to me”.
“I would assume that when times inevitably are hard in the future – because what is life without valleys and peaks – she would be there for me as well”, he added.
