Popular South Korean K-pop group, BTS, recently treated its fans with thrilling news after it was revealed that one of its members, Suga, would be embarking on his first-ever solo world tour in April.
Suga is a member of the globally-renowned Bangtan Boys, commonly referred to by its acronym, BTS. On Wednesday, the artist took to social media to share the breaking news about his forthcoming Agust D solo tour.
Suga revealed the news by sharing a tour poster on his official Instagram page on Monday, accompanied by a single fire emoji, leaving fans excited about the possibility to see him live. Despite the tantalising teaser, the artist opted to withhold any additional particulars concerning his upcoming tour, except for the dates and locations.

In a gesture of support, fellow BTS member J-Hope left a string of clapping hands emojis in the comment section.
As per information given on the poster, Suga's first solo world tour will kick off in the United States starting with two shows at the UBS Arena in Belmont Park on August 26 and 27. The singer will then make stops at Newark, New Jersey and Los Angeles. Suga will finally end the US leg with two shows in Oakland, California on May 16 and 17.
After the US tour, the singer is expected to travel back to Asia where he is to perform in at least five countries. His Asia tour will start in Jakarta, Indonesia from May 26-28, followed by gigs in Bangkok, Thailand from June 10-11. Next, he will perform in Singapore on June 17-18, before a return to his home country with performances at Seoul's Jamsil Indoor Stadium on June 24-25.
Suga's solo tour will come to an end with a series of shows in Japan, however, the details about the dates and venues are yet to be disclosed.
