DIMAPUR — Bank of Baroda (BoB) is set to expand its services in Nagaland by creating more branches especially in Dimapur, Chümoukedima and Niuland districts besides setting up its regional office in the state.
This was announced by Sonam T Bhutia, zonal head and general manager of Bank of Baroda, NE state zone, during the customer meets held at Hotel Saramati in Dimapur on Saturday.
As many people have been associated with the bank for a long period, Bhutia informed that the purpose of the meet was to connect with the customers by listening to their suggestions and complains. He also informed that there are 14 branches in Nagaland.
Lopsang Sherpa, regional head of Bank of Baroda, Jorhat region, expressed his gratitude to the loyal customers and stated that there has been tremendous growth especially in Nagaland and Manipur states.
D Sanchu, BoB branch head of Purana Bazaar, presented on credit (details, MSME and priority sector lending) of the bank.
During the meet, the customers also shared their grievances and problems they faced and gave their suggestions in the presence of the zonal head.
