DIMAPUR — A one day ‘Beginner Piano Workshop’ was held at Heiwa Music Home in Kohima on Saturday.
An update issued on Saturday informed that the resource person for the workshop was Zeu Libemo Enieo, Piano Instructor at Symphony Academy of Music & Music Director of VCOAN Kohima.
Aosenla Longchar, proprietor of Heiwa Music Home proprietor shared that the main objective of the workshop was to instill the essence of discipline as a musician, to practice a balance approach to learning music and to impart the importance of a firm musical foundation amongst the young upcoming pianists.
The workshop was divided to three sessions including music reading and effective strategies; performance and exam preparation; and anxiety & memorisation which was effectively elaborated and demonstrated by the resource person.
