1/4 squeezed orange

Drizzle: 1/2 cup squeeze orange juice

Instructions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients. Set aside.
2. Cream butter and sugar until pale and creamy.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Add grated orange rind.
5. Fold in flour and milk, alternating flour and milk, and ending with flour.
6. Add in squeezed orange juice.
7. Butter baking pan.
8. Spoon batter in the pan.
9. Bake for 45-50 mins, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

11. Enjoy! (With or without frosting)

Why I launched “April Jedidiah” ?
I’m a musician by profession, and theologian by calling, but I’m really passionate about baking and find it relaxing. So, I started this company to share my love of baking with my friends and family, and people who can’t normally enjoy such baked goodies due to income restriction. My idea is to provide quality home baked stuff at a reasonable price.
