Dimapur, Nov. 15 (EMN): The Department Recruited Aggrieved Nurses (DRAN) has resorted to cease-work from today, including emergency and intensive care unit (ICU) services, demanding the state government to regularise their services.
DRAN 2021, in an update on Tuesday, informed that they were invited to the Secretariat in Kohima for a meeting, headed by two PS to chief minister; secretary, Health and Family Welfare; additional secretary and Health department officials.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=6]It stated that the government officials tried to “convince” the nurses to appear for the Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) examination, but they “stuck to their demand for their legitimate right for regularisation”.
The aggrieved nurses further expressed their regret to the public; and thanked all the well-wishers and the civil society organisations for their support.
