DIMAPUR — As part of the state Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) initiative for special summary revision 2024-2025, the additional deputy commissioner (ADC) and SVEEP nodal officer of Mon, Pakon Phom, has informed that the office Chief Election Officer, Nagaland, will organise a two-day state wide outreach programme in various school and college across the state.
A DIPR report stated that the two-day state wide outreach programme is being organised, in collaboration with Nagaland Sports Association, on the theme “Sport for voters.”
In this regard, the higher secondary schools and colleges are requested to take part in the two-day events from 9:30 am along with sportswear at Mon town local ground on November 4 and 5.
It informed that all students who have attained the age of 17 plus could participate in the events and also avail the special registering camp in electoral roll.
Students are further informed to produce 2 nos. of recently taken colour passport photos along with photocopy of ID card, age proof certificate and address proof card.
