Claiming the fourth position is WhatsApp Business, a free-to-download app designed to streamline customer interactions. It achieves this by providing tools for message automation, sorting, and quick responses.
Ranking fifth, Messenger garnered 21.87 million downloads. It functions as a platform for sending messages, exchanging various media types, and interacting with other users through reactions and bots. Additionally, the service supports voice and video calls.
Coming in at number six is WeChat with 8 million downloads. Developed by Tencent, this Chinese super app is an all-in-one app offering its users multiple services within one single platform. It offers a comprehensive range of features, including text messaging, voice messaging, social networking, video conferencing, mobile payment, and more.
Tencent QQ, also known as QQ, stands as the seventh-ranked instant messaging software service and web portal. Developed by the Chinese technology company Tencent, it provides various services, such as social games, music, shopping, microblogging, movies, and group and voice chat software, with 3.76 million downloads.
With 3.63 million downloads, Viber serves as a secure, private messaging and calling app. It connects over a billion people globally, enabling free audio and video calls, along with Viber-to-Viber calls for up to 50 participants.
Gathering 2.73 million downloads, Line is a freeware app catering to instant communications across electronic devices. Users can send texts, images, videos, audio, conduct free VoIP conversations, and engage in video conferences.
