Thejoto Nienu is a correspondent with Eastern Mirror, based in Kohima, Nagaland, and has been a journalist since 2019. His areas of interest include politics, governance, public policy, culture, sports, education, development, social issues, and matters concerning communities across Nagaland and Northeast India. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication. Nienu was a Mojo Fellow with InOldNews and Internews in 2021 and a fellow under the Kohima Press Club and Nagaland Building and Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Board Media Fellowship programme in 2023.
