Sedevizo Keretsu retains strongest man title

Kohima, Dec 7 (EMN): Sedeviso Keretsu on Wednesday retained the title of the strongest man in the 5th edition of Hornbill International Strongman competition held at Old NST Kohima.

The event was organised by Nagaland Strongman and Fitness Association.

Keretsu on lifting the title received prize money of INR 30,000 with citation and a hammer.

The second position was won by Vikas Usham from Manipur, who is also a national champion, and was awarded with INR 20,000 and citation.

The third position was won by Kevidi Linyu and he pocketed INR 10,000 and a citation.

Meanwhile, in crossfit (Men), Bisekhoto Gwirie won first position and won a cash prize of INR 30,000 with citation and second position was won by Imliyanger Aier and he received INR 20,000. The third position was won by Kuvemeri Ringa and he received INR 10,000.

In women’s crossfit, Manchem stood first and she received INR 15,000 with citation, Hatuleiphal Smalun won second position and received INR 10,000 with citation while the third position was won by Imsurenla and she received INR 5,000 with citation.

On the occasion, 16-year-old Seyiengunyu was awarded for being the youngest participant.
