KOHIMA — Liangmei FC and Viswemi FC overcame their respective opponents at the ongoing NSF Martyrs’ trophy, which was played at IG Stadium on Wednesday.
In the first match, Liangmei FC beat KSC Chozuba with 2-0 score. The two goals for Liangmei FC were scored by Ningtingboi (11) in 26th and 50th minutes. Ningtingboi was adjudged as the man of the match and the award was presented by Viraseto Neikha, ASU vice president.
In the second match, Viswemi FC crushed 12 Tribes United with 5-1.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]12 Tribes United FC first opened its account in the 3rd minutes. However, Viswemi FC, equalised the tally with the score from Kevithuto (7) in the 11th minutes.
Subsequently, Kelengol Toso (10), Kelengoto Tejongol (6) and Rukuvisal (9) added a goal each in the 53rd, 57th, 57th and 72nd minutes. Kelengol Toso was adjudged the man of the match and the award was presented by Tolto Vizol, AYO auditor general.
