Dimapur, Aug. 7 (EMN): The Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to operate three examination special trains to help of candidates appearing for RRB NTPC examination.
NFR in an update informed that the three special trains will operate between Dibrugarh – Howrah – Dibrugarh; Agartala – Guwahati – Agartala and Silchar – Kolkata – Silchar, in both directions.
Examination special train No. 05972 (Dibrugarh– Howrah) will depart from Dibrugarh at 19:25 hours on August 8 and arrive Howrah at 12:30 hours on August 10.
During return journey, special train no. 05971 (Howrah– Dibrugarh) will depart from Howrah at 14:35 hours on August 14 and arrive Dibrugarh at 05:45 hours on August 14.
“This special train will consist of 20 coaches. There will be 15 sleeper class, 02 general seating, 01 AC three tier, 01 second luggage, guard and divyaang compartment and 01 luggage, brake cum generator car, NFR stated.
Another examination special train No. 05672 (Agartala– Guwahati), will depart from Agartala at 19:00 hours on August 9 and arrive Guwahati at 08:30 hours on August 10. During return journey, the special train no. 05671 (Guwahati – Agartala) will depart from Guwahati at 17:30 hours on August 12 to reach Agartala at 08:30 hours on August 13.
“This special train will consist of 10 coaches. There will be 04 sleeper class, 04 general seating and 02 luggage-cum-guard van,” it stated.
One more examination special train No. 05674 (Silchar– Kolkata), will depart from Silchar at 13:45 hours on August 9 and arrive Kolkata at 23:30 hours on August 10.
During return journey, special train no. 05673 (Kolkata – Silchar) will depart from Kolkata at 23:30 hours on August 12to reach Silchar at 05:00 hours on August 14.
“This special train will consist of 20 coaches. There will be 05 AC three tiers, 11 sleeper class, 02 general seating and 02 luggage cum guard van,” NFR informed.
It further informed that details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available at IRCTC website and also notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of NFR.
