Nagaland’s Kitchen is one of the most authentic entrants to the gourmet scene in South Delhi. Located in the heart of Green Park extension Nagaland’s Kitchen is primarily known for serving excellent Naga cuisine. It has an array of delicately handpicked dishes from Chinese, Thai & Naga cuisines.
The walls are decorated with spears, headdress and accessories made of shells and beads of the various naga tribes. The pictures on the walls give you a glimpse of Nagaland and the wooden interiors make you feel right at home.
The kitchen is personally run by the managing directors Chubamanen Longkumer, and his sisters Washimenla Longkumer and Tuluyinla. They also own the Naga food stall at Dilli Haat.

 

Ingredients:-
1. Yam 100 gm
2. Naga Ginger 50 gm
3. Garlic 5 gm
4. Tomato 50 gm
5 . Napa 10 gm
6. Naga chilly half chilly
7. Salt to taste
8. Smoked pork

 

Directions:-
Wash the smoke pork in warm water.
In a pan put water then yam , tomato & salt together bring to boil.
When cooked take them out & make a paste and keep it aside.
Take another pan put GINGER GARLIC PASTE , smoke pork & naga chilly and cook for 5 min. till the meat is tender then add the mashed batter into it and cook for another 5 minutes finally add napa & salt to taste.
Serve hot.
