Highnoon diners’ special Baked Chicken Wings

“Highnoon diners” located at Super Market Complex cater to a wide variety of dishes, Chinese and Continental, prepared meticulously by Chef James Ngullie.

Ingredients:
6 medium sized Chicken wings
4 tsps red chilli powder
3 chopped cloves of garlic
2 tsps Thai fish sauce
1 large Onion (grated)
Salt, ajinomoto, ground pepper to taste
Basil (Napa)

Steps:
Heat oil over low flame
Add chopped garlic, grated onions.
Next add desired amount of soup water/ chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Add fish sauce, ajino moto, food color, Basil, salt and ground pepper.

Add the Chicken wings.
Next arrange the Chicken wings on a baking sheet
Cook the wings in preheated oven for 1 hour or until thorough.
Serve with garnishing and accompaniments.
