Dimapur tops in Covid-19 vaccination among Nagaland districts

Kohima, March 3 (EMN): Dimapur district leads in Covaxin inoculation in Nagaland with 27,543 doses administered till March 2 out of the 83,505 total doses administered against the state target of 1,42,008, according to a data furnished by the department of Health and Family Welfare.

Kohima has 13551 doses of inoculation followed by Mon with 9,606; Mokokchung – 8,901; Tuensang- 5,916; Phek-4,682; Wokha- 3,717; Zunheboto-3,422; Longleng- 2,631; Peren-2,365 and Kiphire with 1,984.

Meanwhile, a total of 1, 439,715 doses of Covishield have been administered with 8,11,594 first dose and 6,28,121 second dose. Meanwhile, 16,017 healthcare workers (HCW) have been administered with the first dose and 13606 with the second dose.

61,041 frontline workers (FLWs) have been inoculated with the first dose and 48,907 with the second dose of Covishield.

 In the 45 years and above category, 2,20,048 have been administered with first dose and 1,87,669 with second dose of Covishied, while 815 with first dose and 758 second dose of Sputnik V  have been administered so far

In the 18 to 44 years group, 5,14,488 have been administered with first dose and 3,77,939 with second dose of Covishied; and 2,940 with first dose and 2521 second dose of Sputnik V according to the list.

A total of 22,529 persons have taken the precautionary jab, out of which 3389 are healthcare workers, 17,089 frontline workers and 2051 60+ with co-morbidities.

With these, the tally of Covid-19 vaccination in the state stands at 15,52,783 doses.
