AARs laid on last day of 4th session of 14th NLA

KOHIMA — On the last day of the fourth session of 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, laid the Annual Administrative Reports (AAR) 2023-2024 of the following departments- Information and Public Relations, Finance, Science and Technology, Information Technology and Communication, Art and Culture, Law and Justice, Sericulture, Municipal Affairs, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services and Urban Development.

While Deputy Chief Minister Yanthungo Patton laid the Annual Administrative Report 2023-2024 of the Home Department and Minister CL John the Annual Administrative Reports 2023-2024 of Department of Environment, Forests and Climate Change and Department of Underdeveloped Areas (DUDA).

Minister Jacob Zhimomi  laid the AAR 2023-2024 of Public Health Engineering and Cooperation, Minister Temjen Imna the AAR 2023-2024 of Tourism and  Higher Education,  Minister P Bashangmongba Chang the AAR 2023-2024 of the Nagaland Public Works Department (Work and Housing) and Minister K G Kenye the AAR 2023-2024 of Power and Electrical Inspectorate.

The chief minister also laid the Nagaland Information Commission Annual Report 2022-2023; Nagaland Public Service Commission 56th Annual Report April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, and the Nagaland Public Service Commission 57th Annual Report April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.

He also presented the report/rules of The Nagaland Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Rules, 2023 and Nagaland Economic Survey Report 2023-2024.

Minister for Health and Family Welfare P Paiwang Konyak, presented a copy of “The Nagaland On-Demand Transport Technology Aggregator Rules, 2023”.

Presentation of Assembly Committee reports

Chairman of the Committee on Subordinate Legislation (2023 – 2024), Dr. Sukhato A Sema, presented the 80th Report on the Nagaland Higher Education Service Rules, 2015; 81st Report on Action Taken by the Government on the 76th Report on Nagaland Building and other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2010 and 82nd Report on Action Taken by the Government on the 77th Report on the Tribal Affairs Department Service Rules, 2020.
