DIMAPUR — The Longleng District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) held its monthly meeting on October 7 at the DPDB hall in Longleng town. Dharam Raj, DC and vice chairman of DPDB Longleng, presided over the meeting.
According to a DIPR report, during the meeting, the DC extended his gratitude to all heads of offices for their contributions to the establishment of the Serenity Home (Rehabilitation/Detox) Centre by the Phom Baptist Christian Association (PBCA).
Representatives from key departments, including the Health and Family Welfare department, Food and Civil Supply department, Power department, and Agriculture department, presented at the meeting updates on their respective departmental statuses, emphasising their ongoing projects and initiatives.
Nilopu Zhimomi, branch manager of Nagaland Rural Bank, provided a presentation on the facilities and services offered by the bank and made the attendees aware of the available banking resources and support for the community.
