4th Dr. Imkongliba Ao Volleyball Trophy from November 22

DIMAPUR — The 4th edition of the Dr. Imkongliba Ao Memorial Volleyball Trophy, day and night matches, organised by Japukong Youth Organisation (JYO), will take place from November 22 to 24 at the DDSC stadium in Dimapur.

According to a press release, Temjen Imna Along, Minister of Higher Education and Tourism, will serve as the tournament’s chief host.

Interested teams have been asked to register by November 20 with a registration fee of INR 8,000. Registration forms will be available at Kiran Sports in Dimapur and Capital Counter in Mokokchung.

The winner of the trophy will receive a cash prize of INR 1,50,000, while the runner-up will receive INR 80,000. The third prize is INR 40,000.

Individual cash prizes of INR 10,000 each will be awarded to the player of the tournament, best spiker, and best setter.
