Zunheboto-bound bus meets with accident; 2 injured

A Zunheboto-bound bus packed with passengers met with an accident in Nerhema along the National Highway-2 on Monday.

The accident was caused due to mechanical failure where two passengers received minor injuries besides the damage done to the vehicle, according to the passengers.

The night super departed from Dimapur  on Monday around 4:30 pm and was on the way to Zunheboto when the accident happened, the passengers informed.

The bus hit the wall near ‘Art and Wood Workshop’ on the highway in Nerhema around 9:30 pm. Nerhema, Feb. 20 (EMN)
