With the formal inauguration of the long awaited administration office
of the new Peren District, the ZPO has notified all head of departments
to take outmost priority in shifting of their respective departments as it is pre-requisite to the development of the district and its people.
The official notification to the Head of Deparments, and for the formal acknowledgement of CM TR Zeliang from ZPO president Kezen Zeliang has cautioned that failure to comply with the directives would mean to imply “negligence, lack of enthusiasm and non-cooperation in the development of Zeliang people”.ZPO (N) President Kezen Zeliang in a release lauded the efforts put in by DC and other departments in shifting and subsequent observance of 66th Republic Day in the new HQ. It said the new complex will serve the public more efficiently and systematically while also initiating coordination for better transportation facility to the HQ.
While making it clear that debates and rejoinders to any progressive
developments had been the typical trend of the Nagas, ZPO said it has taken its stand not to impede progress anymore by way of complaints and pessimistic outlooks.
The HoDs have been requested to treat the press release as a formal addendum to the letters that will be officially dispatched; and to take corporate responsibility to ensure smooth functioning of the district administration at the earliest in the larger interest of the Zeliang people.
