Zeliangrong Students’ Union Bangalore celebrates 20th foundation day

The Zeliangrong Students’ Union Bangalore (ZSUB) celebrated its 20th Zeliangrong Bangalore Event cum ZSUB foundation day, fresher’s meet and Zeliangrong Cultural Night on August 19, 2017 at Christ School, Bangalore.
The event, for the first time in the history of ZSUB was graced by Minister for Transport, Karnataka Ramalinga Reddy, Manipur legislator Shri Samuel Jendai and Tamenglong district, Manipur Deputy Commissioner Armstrong Pame, IAS, said a press note from the event organiser.
The event also witnessed communities from Karnataka and northeast converging at Christ School, Bangalore promoting ‘Unity in Diversity’ and participating on the occasion.
With a successful event, the organising committee has expressed gratitude for the participation of various communities, irrespective of diverse culture and working together for fraternity and unity in Bangalore.
The Union further extended special thanks to Poumai Naga Tsiidoumai Me Bangalore (PNTMB), Mao Student’s Union Bangalore (MSUB), Tangkhul Katamnao Long Bengaluru (TKLB), Naga Students’ Union Bangalore (NSUB), Ao Student’s Union Bangalore (ASUB), Angami Student’s Union Bangalore (ASUB), Chakhesang Union Bangalore (CUB) and Manipuri Meitei Association Bangalore (MMAB).
