Zeliang people convention to solve parallel ZPO issue

Dimapur, Aug. 12 (EMN): The Zeme Council Nagaland (ZCN), Liangmai Council Nagaland (LCN) and Zeliang Welfare Society, Dimapur along with ZPO resolved at a joint consultative meeting held on August 9 in Jalukie town that a general convention of the Zeliang tribe of Nagaland will be held on September 6 to decide on the issue of parallel ZPOs existing within the Zeliang community by involving all the responsible organisations of the community.

A joint statement from ZCN and LCN presidents further said that both ZPOs should desist from undertaking any steps till the Zeliang people convention is held.
