Dimapur, April 12 (EMN): The Zunheboto District Football Association (ZDFA) organised a penalty shootout at local ground in Zunheboto town on April 10. An update stated that Miss Penalty Club emerged the winner of tournament while 32 Assam Rifles came in second place.
It stated that in a short programme, Kiyeka Sumi, president of ZDFA, informed that the tournament was organised to show support and solidarity to the district team who would be participating in Dr. T Ao tournament in Kohima from April 12.
It further stated that the president aprreciated the commanding officer, rank and files of 32 Assam Rifles for accommodating the players in their camp for the week-long district team training as well as for sponsoring the prize money for the tournament.
It also informed that the district team had reached Kohima for the tournament with Kivilu K Kiba as coach and Vika Rotokha as team manager.
