Dimapur, March 10 (EMN): With an objective to tackle unemployment while addressing skill mismatch, YouthNet collaborated with Trig Empowering Institute (TEI), a state of the art training academy based in Guwahati, Assam, for providing quality training and placement in the aviation industry.
An official MoU was signed by Lezo Putsure, director of YouthNet, and Shyamanga Protim Kashyap, founder of TEI, in Kohima on March 8.
With the aviation industry projected requirement of over 1 lakh personnel both technical and non-technical by 2022, the partnership would explore areas of training aspiring candidates in the aviation sector and subsequently place them in various reputed national and international airlines besides knowledge sharing and collaboration in the areas of professional enhancement initiatives.
