Yitachu inaugurates road in Pangti

Dimapur, Jan. 21: Minister of School Education & SCERT, Yitachu, recently inaugurated a new road, RK Road, in Pangti village under Wokha district. Officials from the Wokha district administration and School Education were also present at the event.
Instead of the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony, the minister opened the road by cutting a bamboo using a machete, organisers informed.
The road was constructed by Renbomo Kikon, general secretary of the Naga Peoples’ Front “at his own expenses for the welfare of Sungro range people,” it was informed.
