Yimkhiung Union Kohima condoles loss of member

DIMAPUR — A Akum Yimkhiung, President of Yimkhiung Union Kohima (YUK), has condoled the demise of S Mahching Yimkhiung of Phuvkiu village, an executive member of YUK for the tenure 2022-2025 and MTSI in Nagaland Police posted at DEF Kohima.

In a note, he stated, on behalf of the union, that the union is shocked to hear the sudden and untimely demise of Late Mahching and described him as an honest, sincere and dedicated person in all his assigned responsibilities.

“Indeed, YUK has lost a great personality in particular and Yimkhiung people in general,” it read, adding that the vacuum created by his demise will be difficult to fill up.

The union extends heartfelt condolences to Tsünung, the wife of the deceased, and to all his near and dear ones.
