Yimchunger Tribal Council appreciates ADC Shamator and SDO (C) Chessore

Dimapur, Sep. 19 (EMN): The Yimchunger Tribal Council (YTC) on Wed. acknowledged the yeomen service rendered by the ADC Shamator, T Lankonsen Tsanglao and SDO (Civil) Shamator, Samuel Konyak who have personally visited the entire villages under their jurisdiction and interacted with the village council as well as taking note of the various departmental activities.

A press note issued by the YTC President, Throngso Yimchunger and General Secretary, Solumba Yimchunger, informed that the road connecting Chessore area was cut off from the district Hq for the past few months by the monsoon rains. However, due to the initiative of the SDO (C), Samuel Konyak, who was posted recently in the area, ‘had eased the problem’.

“The road connecting Tuensang to Chessore via Helipong and via Langa Bridge was cleared on 13th & 14th September 2018 respectively and the road towards the Huker was also repaired with his tireless effort,” the YTC stated. It also informed that the officer had taken the initiative in promoting quality education quality education in the area.

Therefore, the YTC highly lauded the two officers — ADC Shamator and SDO (C) Chessore — for ‘their sincerity’ and expressed optimism that the two officers would continue to do the developmental activities. It further assured to extend fullest cooperation to the administration in the endeavour to bring development to the area.
