“The terms and conditions of agreement to complete the road constructions were that all SARDP-NE projects in the state of Nagaland are being implemented by NHIDCL on EPC mode of contract and as per the contract the completion period for all projects is 1095 days from the appointed date. There are also provisions for subletting works as per contract agreement; however, there is no such permission given by the NHIDCL for sub-letting of work for the above mention projects in Nagaland,” it stated.
The MP also enquired about works to upgrade the Dimapur Airport from the Minister of State in-charge of Civil Aviation Hardeep Singh Puri.
