Dimapur, August 7 (EMN): The six-day training under the aegis of Year of Construction Workers culminated at VDB Hall, Zunheboto on August 5. The programme was organised by Department of Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in collaboration with Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), ZynoriqueInitative and YouthNet.
Speaking at the valedictory function, Deputy Director, ChidenYaden thanked the Minister for Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Mmhonlumo Kikon for initiating the programme. While encouraging the trainees to make use of the God given talent in a more judicious manner, the Deputy Director expressed happiness towards the trainees and their sincere effort during the training. He also appreciated Zynorique Initative for the concern they have for the younger generation.
Chairman of Zynorique Initiative, Richard Belho, also spoke during the function.
District Employment Officer (DEO), Zunheboto, Avika Achumi in his address expressed contentment towards the participating trainees and the trainers for being so cooperative.
Among the 50 trainees, Pork Hunters group were adjudged as the Best Group while Inato Jimo was adjudged as the Best Trainer. Certificates were handed over to all the participating trainees.
