WTLEE observes 25th get-together cum feast
WOKHA — Wokha Town Lakhuti Eloe Ekhung’s (WTLEE) 25th get-together cum feast was held at Likya Community Hall, Wokha town, with Zanbeni Yanthan, a member of Lakhuti Eloe Ekhung, as the speaker.
Speaking at the event, Yanthan expressed her delight at Lakhuti Eloe Ekhung’s unity and emphasised the importance of having a good leader, underscoring how groups and organisations thrive under the guidance of someone committed and willing to devote their time and take on responsibilities.
She encouraged everyone to choose a leader who is willing to initiate and actively work for the betterment of the people. Also, she urged all to maintain their relationships, emphasised the need to foster strong bonds, and stressed the importance of honesty, trust, and respect in the functioning of any group or organisation.
A moment of silence was observed during the programme to pay tribute to the departed souls of the Lakhuti Eloe Ekhung.
