Workshop on aviation and hospitality services held in Wokha

Wokha, Aug. 9 (EMN): Team Metamorphosis, Wokha organised a workshop on aviation and hospitality services at DBHSS youth centre Wokha in collaboration with Guwahati-based Phoenix Institute of Aviation and Hospitality on Friday.
Around 100 graduates and class 12 students from various schools attended the programme to enhance their knowledge in aviation and hospitality industry.
Speaking on the occasion, the proprietor of Phoenix Institute, Sapna stated that youths need to change their mindset and look beyond government jobs, as is the trend in Nagaland, and added that it is the main cause for rise in unemployment rate in the state.
She also shared her experience working with the now defunct Kingfisher and Qatar Airlines for more than 12 years and invited the participants to take up aviation profession and explore the world.
Phoenix Institute trains the candidates by providing all necessary information and grooming them to be ready for aviation and hospitality industry, informed Sapna.
