Warriors secured a 40-run win over Zungki Slingers, while Chathe Dazzlers
dominated Dikhu Strikers with a massive 115-run victory on Friday in the
ongoing 4th Edition Women’s Champions Trophy 2025.
- In the match between Tizu Warriors and Zungki Slingers
played at the Nagaland Cricket Stadium, Dimapur, after winning the toss and
electing to bat, Tizu Warriors posted a competitive total of 135/6 in 40 overs.
Najmeen anchored the innings with a composed 59 off 107 balls, laying the
foundation for a defendable score.
- Zungki Slingers’ bowlers kept things tight, with Mengusenuo
picking up 2/11 in 8 overs and Limatola Ao contributing with 2/26 in her 8-over
spell.

- In reply, Zungki Slingers were bowled out for 95 runs in
27.3 overs. Limatola Ao top-scored with a fighting 37 off 46 balls, but lacked
support from the rest of the batting lineup.
- Tizu Warriors’ Roma Subha delivered a match-winning bowling
performance, finishing with impressive figures of 5 wickets for 24 runs in 8
overs, breaking through the Zungki batting order and sealing the win for her
side.

Dazzlers produced a stellar all-round performance to defeat Dikhu Strikers by a
commanding 115 runs. The match featured standout bowling spells from Tsukenshe

for their side.
- Opting to bat first, Chathe Dazzlers put up an impressive
186/7 in 40 overs. Lanungla led the scoring with a fluent 43 off 44 balls,
setting the foundation for a competitive total.
- Dikhu Strikers’ bowling unit showed moments of promise with
Limatola Ao finishing with 2/26 in 8 overs and Tiajungla returning 2/49 in her
8-over spell, but the batters of Chathe managed to keep the scoreboard ticking
consistently.
- In response, Dikhu Strikers collapsed under pressure and
were bowled out for just 71 runs in 26.1 overs. Liyani Ezung was the only batter
to reach double digits with 10 off 16 balls.
- Chathe Dazzlers’ bowling attack was ruthless, led by
Tsukenshe, who delivered an outstanding spell of 5 wickets for 17 runs in 8
overs, and Elina Muru, who backed it up with 4/18 in 8 overs. Their combined
effort sealed a dominant win for Chathe.
