Dimapur, Oct. 2 (EMN): On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Angikaar campaign was launched on Wednesday in the town hall in Wokha town.
According to a press release, K Mhathungh Tsanglao, the additional deputy commissioner and administrator of Wokha Town Council(WTC) launched the Angikaar video promotional, which was followed by a plantation drive and a signature campaign led by Renbeni Ezung, nodal officer for the Angikaar, the statement read.
The programme concluded with a march which started from the town hall to the Police Point of Wokha, it informed.
