On seeing the various publication from the so-called highest NGOs in the like of NSF, NMA, NPMHR, Naga Hoho including many national workers appealed the GOI to withdraw the AFSPA from Nagaland at present is a dangerous demand for the public who are living peacefully in Nagaland. At this juncture, every intellectual Nagas have come across and witnessed that there is no unity among the Nagas either underground or overground and even in the Christianity religion and the Naga unity is far away from oneness and also Nagas have already divided into many factions and the present situation seems to be started head hunting war. However, due to the presence of Indian Army and its Armed Force Special Act (AFSPA) the situation is somehow under control. And as such, before the Naga political final settlement take place between the GOI and the Nagas, if the GOI or the Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi agree to withdraw to AFSPA as appealed by various organizations and consequently if the Nagas started to face internal situation from the hand of the Naga Special Armed Force Act (NSAFA) who will be held responsible ifsuch situation arises? Join the peace accord signed on 3rd Aug.2015 by the two entities of the Nagas and GOI and bring an amicable settlement between the Nagas and GOI before withdrawing the AFSPA. I the undersigned on behalf of the whole Naga Village Chiefs appeal the whole leaders of NGOs or any faction of the Nagas to understand the situation and stop from inviting any immediate situation which the Nagas should not face unnecessarily.
