Dimapur, Oct. 18 (EMN): Mission department of the Western Chakhesang Baptist Church Council (WCBCC) will be organising a mission conference on October 19 and the 20th at WCBCC Mission Centre, 7th Mile village, Dimapur, on the theme “Saved to serve.”
An update from C Cho-o, on behalf of WCBCC mission department, stated that Rev. Philip Ming, an evangelist from Singapore will be main speaker of the conference. Rev. Dr. Kowepe Kanuo, director of Chakhesang Mission Society (CMS), will deliver the keynote address on the theme at the opening ceremony, while Rev. Khrotso Mero, executive secretary of Chakhesang Baptist Church Council (CBCC) will bring greetings.
Seminars on “Mission, missions, and mission support” and “Contemporary challenges in mission” will be led by Rev. Dr. Phuveyi Dozo, president of UCTM, and Rev. Dr. Dusanü Venyo, mission coordinator of CMS, respectively.
All interested members of Chakhesang Baptist churches under WCBCC are invited to the conference.
